Terms & Conditions
1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions:
- Company refers to Chic Le Frique Fashion LLC, Dubai, UAE
- Retailer refers to an approved wholesale stockist
- Goods refers to all products supplied by the Company
- Order refers to any purchase placed by Retailer and accepted by the Company
2. Wholesale Account Registration & Approval
All Retailers must apply for a wholesale account and be approved before placing any orders. The Company may approve or decline application at its discretion.
3. Minimum Order
Minimum order value: AED 5,000 per order
Minimum units: 5 units per style, per colorway
4. Pricing
All prices are in AED unless otherwise stated. Prices are exclusive of shipping fees, import duties, and taxes. The Company reserves the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.
5. Payment Terms
All orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch. Payment must be made in full prior to dispatch via credit or debit card.
6. Order Processing, Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 days after confirmation. Processing times may vary during peak periods, product launches, or operational delays.
UAE: Delivered via Quiqup within 1–2 days from dispatch.
International: Shipped via DHL Express with delivery in 3–7 days from dispatch.
All delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, customs, or other factors beyond the Company’s control. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the Retailer.
7. Duties & Taxes
For international orders, all import duties, taxes and customs charges are the sole responsibility of the Retailer.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, it may result in the shipment being destroyed or returned to Chic Le Frique. In such cases, the order will be considered forfeited, and no refunds or credits will be issued.
8. Returns & Claims
All return, claim, or issue requests must be submitted via email to info@chiclefrique.com.
No returns or exchanges are accepted. No refunds or credit note will be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Unsold stock
Missing or Incorrect Items
- Must be reported via email within 48 hours of delivery
- Claims must include:
- Order Number
- Description of issue
- Supporting evidence (photos)
Faulty Items
- Must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- Claims must include clear images and details of the fault
- Approved claims may result in credit note only, issued at the Company’s sole discretion
The Company reserves the right to reject any item returned not in its original condition. Items that are worn, soiled, damaged, or show any signs of use (including perfume, deodorant, makeup, or washing products) will not be eligible for credit note or replacement and may be returned to the Retailer.
9. Order Cancellations & Amendments
- Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted.
- Minor amendments such as size or quantity changes may be requested prior to dispatch but are not guaranteed.
- The Retailer is responsible for ensuring all order details, including quantities, sizes, and delivery information, are correct prior to submission.
10. Product Availability
All orders are subject to stock availability. The Company reserves the right to:
- Partially fulfill orders
- Remove or cancel unavailable items
11. Sales Channels & Restrictions
Retailers must sell products only through approved sales channels. Without prior written consent, resale via third-party marketplaces (including Amazon, eBay, and similar platforms) is strictly prohibited.
12. Intellectual Property
All branding, imagery, designs, and content remain the exclusive property of Chic Le Frique. Retailers may use provided assets solely for the purpose of marketing and selling approved products.
13. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits or business opportunities.
The Company’s maximum liability is limited to the value of goods supplied under the relevant order.
14. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, customs delays, or government actions.
15. Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any wholesale account at its sole discretion in the event of:
- Breach of these Terms & Conditions
- Non-payment or payment disputes
- Misuse or misrepresentation of the brand
16. Amendments to Terms & Conditions
The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued ordering following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with exclusive jurisdiction in Dubai courts.
18. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Chic Le Frique, the Retailer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.
